His white girlfriend, Anita or something commited suicide

Maybe she overcooked a chicken breast and couldn't bear it

i always wonder what would happen if that vein in his chest was cut---would gallons of blood just spurt out...
Kinda like if Ronnie Coleman gave blood, and those huge veins he had.

That was the one who he had posing on his fitness girls website correct? I remember him talking about it in MMI, and there was a pictorial of some of the women, pushing his Grey 7 series (E38).
One of the women was a black chick, that was featured a couple of times in MMI, I forgot her name.

one day when he is cleaning dustbins, he will probably discover the only copy of his book in his local publishers bin.

I won't go out of my way, but if its on a shelf, and I see it, I'll buy it

So will many other people. Even the ones that won't admit it

The blonde girl he was with 93-97-ish was Britta. A photographer shot me one time and then sent me the proofs. On one of the proof sheets was about 12-15 nudes of Britta. He had shot her on the same roll and just forgot.

I didn't know she whacked herself.

all things aside, dillets thumb and nail, soem of the weirdest i have seen.

female fingers.

have you ppl seen him as teenager?

no way youd recognize him or give him big future in bbuilding
seen pics of him as a teen. People who say that mulattoes are always attractive were wrong about him---although, he may have gotten the best of both worlds when it came to his physique.
I think he was half Jamaican and French Canadian.

And then when they are in their posing trunks, Dillet, Arnold owned him---especially in the calves dept.

Shawn Ray was better, and Joe only gave him a $1,000 a month contract during his Nationals run.  :o

Maybe the book would sell some copies if it included a video of the famous freezing incident. Paul must've been scared shitless at that moment.

Absolutely without a doubt!  Dillet had some of the best legs of all time. Top-10 ALL TIME legs for sure, just totally underappreciated because of his crazy upper body.

You dimwit he runs the WBFF, those shows bring thousands of audience members and his website has enormous traffic. Not to mentions millions still read the magazines where he gets free exposure all the time. Wow you're dumb

A buddy of mine saw him back in the day when he brought a visit to his gym. He told me that Paul wasn't able to climb the stairs, just because he ran out of oxygen  :-\
i guess we'll have to buy the book to find out  :-\

I saw Dillet compete several times, including the Arnold Classic where his body locked up. To me was so much more impressive in pictures. On stage he couldn't hold a pose, and when he went back to the lineup he would be bent over sucking air. To this day I have no idea how he could put any intensity into a workout. Also saw him a few times before the show wearing an Adidas sweatsuit, dressed like this he looked like a jacked basketball player.

Standing relaxed from the front he was Mr Olympia. As Tommy said his legs were some of the best ever. Probably the best ever on a taller bodybuilder.

Paul was a little out there with his workouts but whatever he did worked for him. Still one of the freakiest of all time. Funny bloke as well.

Watched the routine and I have to say that was a torturous 80 seconds bro, his 99 Olympia is by far his best routine he ever did and goes down as the top 5 of all time. It had the greatest impact ever, I remember the following year 1 third of all the amateur songs where using that song Ray used trying to copy him.
