i have been wanted to give clen a try, would i be better off using tabs than liquid form because of the toxicity accosiated with it? (if there is any diff besides price?)

I lean out easier with fewer sides using an ECA stack that also has some yohimbe in it.

For some reason my sleep was pattern wasn't as good when I took the liquid clen and I was more restless and unsettled during the day.

ECA - once in the morning on an empty stomach and then again at least 8 hours before bed.

My first time:

Day1:10 mcg
Day2: 20 mcg
Day3: 40 mcg
Day4: 60 mcg
Day5: 80 mcg
Da6-14: 100 mcg

If you can habdle the clen without sweats and other sides, bump all these up per day.

I've only been using the liquid form, but the dosages are based on 10mcg per drop and similar for each pill...I think.

what's clen? what's nubian? i don't know one end of a steroid from another... and oh yea... how come people are getting disqualified in olympias for diuretics and not for anything else?
