I work out, I  don't want to waste time doing set after set, sometimes after 3 sets I think the returns starts to drop off, so how many sets is the sweet spot for the most returns? Do we even know?

I mostly do 5 sets of an excersize. or totaling around 100 reps. Is this the sweetest spot?

I mostly train right here in my living room with a couple of dumbells,does that answer your question,

 boy, it really can get intense! especially when doing lunges or squats in reps of 26!

WoW, good work man!!! Not to many squats or your legs will get FKING HUGE SHREDDED!!! Especially doing 5kg dumbbell lunges.
