Just because they might not be familiar with a drug does not mean they have no clue about the Endocrine system and how steroids in general affect them.  One of my Biology professors in college strictly worked with the Endocrine system and was familiar with nearly all the steroids as that was what his research was about.  I will never forget how he emphasized that steroids wreak absolute havoc upon the body if used over long periods of time and the difficulty for the body to ever fully recover to normal if they are stopped.

I know all about myostatin deficiencies in bovine....as does anybody who has taken a basic university biochemistry course.

You can't compare cows and humans. However if you know about myostatin defiency in humans than you know they can get muscles his size.
