Sust,Eq n Winny cycle help appreciated...

Guys,

Wanted to get some advice on a cycle. Ive been lifting for almost 10yrs and have a
descent amount of cycles under my belt. i train consistantly 6 days a week. Every
month I switch up my routine to try and trick my body. Currently my stats are:
6'0
195lbs
15-20% BF (diet hasnt been clean in months)

It has been a year now since my last cycle and I thought I'd start with the following:

500 mg Sustanon week 1-12 (250mg Tue-Thu)
400 mg of Eq week 1-13 (200mg Tue-Thu)
Winstrol 10 mg tabs – 3 per day week 6-13.
Clomid week 14-16 tapering 150, 100, 50 per week.

Would it be advisable and safe to mix both the Sust and Eq together in the same
syringe on both days taken?

Thoughts, suggestions?

In a word- yes....

EQ should be higher by at least 200mgs more per week and try to run it around 16+wks. If you have 200mg/ml concentration then you could stick 3cc's twice a week, once each cheek.

What are your goals with this?

EQ needs to be run for longer and at a higher dose (I once ran it at 400mg for 8 weeks and felt absolutely nothing) an yes, mixing the oils in the same syringe is fine.

does this look a little better? ive never taken the winstrol orals bfore, so r the 30mgs/day enuff?
as it pertains 2 my goals,im looking 2 add sum lean mass so my caloric intake will probably b between 3500-4000kcals: 300P,100C,50F...good enuff?

I'd extend the Test to 16 weeks as well. No reason not to.

I would use 50mg of Winny ED.

Yeah mixing the two won't matter. Cycle looks good.

I dont think you need both clomid and Nolvadex.

nolvadex is ancient garbage. Kills libido, makes u feel crap, etc... also has negative effect on liver. Clomid is much better imo...

my man a_ahmed thanx 4 ur info n every1 elses that has helped me draw up my cycle,u can never b 2 careful n never have enuff info,especially when it comes to aas. now i want my PCT 2 b spot on this time, cause the last time i got off, i only took clomid, without hcg n that was a big time mistake. so this time i wanna include hcg, so im asking, what would the PCT look like, including wks n dosages? ill b looking forward 2 any helpful info

hcg should be run from start to finish of cycle, while pct u should run clomid only 100mg first week, 50mg for another 3 maybe go longer. Follow up with some aromasin to prevent estrogen rebound. Shouldb e good to go

mr. a_ahmad as always thanx 4 the quick response n helpful info. ive been reading around n have mixed feelings on when 2 run the hcg, sum say during n sum say after. if run during, how would i go about the dosage n duration? n y is it better 2 run it during than after? how does this look:
Sample 1:
Week 3: 5000IU HCG total + 20mg Nolvadex daily
Week 4: 5000IU HCG total + 20mg Nolvadex daily
Week 5: 2500IU HCG total + 20mg Nolvadex daily
Week 6: 20mg Nolvadex daily
Week 7: 20mg Nolvadex daily
Week 8: 20mg Nolvadex daily

Sample 2:
Day1 300mg clomid + 20mg Nolvadex
Day 2-11 100mg clomid + 20mg Nolvadex
Day12-21 50mg clomid + 20mg Nolvadex

of course these would b run after cycle. hope u can help me out with this, cause like i said b4, i dont want my BOYS asleep 4 a long time afterwards

run during bro... it emulates LH but still keeps u shut down once u come off it. it's meant to make ur testicles work while on the juice.

When u come off and get into pct u start clomid which stimulates ur natural LH (which hcg mimiced earlier) and thus in theory ur balls are 'active' the whole time and transition into recovery is smoother.

Long and high doses of hcg desynthesis the testes, however clomid and AIs stimulate the testes and stimulate LH and FSH production. LH is leutinizing hormone which stimulates testosterone production.

Just forget nolva, its garbage. Don't listen to what anyone says 'positive about it'... trust me...

Clomid or newer SERMs like toremifene are the way to go. Clomid works just fine and dandy and i would stick to it, its super cheap and easy to get....

Your sample sucks though.

From week one of cycle you should run 250mcg HCG mon/wed/fri all the way until the end of cycle when juice is out of system.

Then hop on clomid 100mg for week one, 50mg for next 3-4 weeks (extend pct for safer recovery). I would use aromasin in there to keep estro rebound in check. Aromasin is great as it is proven for HPTA recovery, fertilty sperm production, the whole works and it will keep test/estro ratio better off especially when getting off clomid... so that would be the smartest albeit not cheapest pct but i would go about this way if i wasn't on trt and had normal test. I am on trt forever... so no pct for me, but i did have to get off trt and this is how  i handled myself. It's the most effective routine to recovery...

HCG as far as I know, can be pinned with a slin pin, its just like HGH.
