I posted videos of 405 lbs X3 on bench, 500X3 on squats and some other lifts...
Sementaste was actually pretty strong for looking like a gypsy.

On the 405 squat, I  am going to have to penalize you about 12 reps as none broke the parallel plain. Plus another 4 reps for the 20 second rest halfway. Grin

probably right up there.

i can do deep dips with 270 hanging off me, but my incline is nothing close to yours. squats and deads used to be in the 700 club but injuries took that away.

identifying with being ''strong'' = training with too much weight and trying to always put up big numbers is a losing game in the long term.. thats why no big pros lift that way. when you're my age every joint in your body will hate you

Way stronger then many pro BB's. You don't look like a bodybuilder though. def have the powerlifter look.
Funny how their are guys like wong hong who look shredded but can barely bench 225 and then matty who can incline over 500lbs. Bodybuilders are all drugs and genetics along with stricter diets. funny how looks mean nothing!

He was on enough juice to kill an elephant at that time.  Plus there was always some question about the bar not bending on his squats which many believe was due to fake plates.
