If you are marathon runner or trying to adapt to training at altitude ( ie. Denver, Colorado), this makes sense.
The idea of the mask is to mimmick training at altitude where the % O2 in the air is a bit lower.
Your body adapts to having less 02 when training and compensates.

BUT, unless your sport demands greater endurance at an elite level ( runner, boxer, wrestler, etc) wearing this mask would be silly.

but it does elevate gh which is beneficial to bodybuilders.
the amount that it elevates gh however is presumably as unsubstantial as the testosterone elevation received from performing squats. $:-\$

I would think it would hinder GH relaease due to the lower amount of O2 available and lower workout intensity.
It would help build pure endurance however. BUT< most marathon runners are NOT too massive.

how much those things cost? some fitness folk got all kinds of loot to blow.

i went into a supplement store because they were giving away free shakes and i saw a guy who had prob $800 worth of supps he was buying. 5lb casein, 5lb hydro whey, 10lb mass gainer, 2 or 3 different pre workouts, bcaa's, coconut butter. holy shit. guy was small as fuck too.

Dude, I watched Band Of Brothers the other night, and he is in it. Dude is tiny as fuck. The last two episodes, he is American but had a Slavic last name. Probably didn't weigh 150lbs.
