I don't think that's exactly true... I think Anarchists want ZERO government, where libertarians want government to do minimal functions and stay out of their personal lives, while providing some functions and enforcing laws that are heinous and not just to make money.
I suppose I could be over simplifying, but I see a distinct difference myself.
