Wheeler was an asshole. There's no doubt Phil has a healthy ego but I certainly wouldn't call him cocky. He is a habitual line stepper though.

phil isnt an asshole but he is cocky.. a bit arrogant too....
no matter how they told him to step back behind the line he just would not listen....

what gets me with phil is how he tries to act like he is humble..and all apple pie...
but then again i guess he is trying to be a good ambassador so... I digress
