Dr. Mark Sherman targeted 9/11 widow Wanda Arena after lifting her phone number from a patient file when she came to him for surgery on a torn ACL in 2009, according to the complaint. The toned fitness competitor, who flaunts her physique in string bikini contests, freaked out when Sherman sent the perverted picture in the wee hours of Oct. 5.
