Why do you only recommend it to this particular demographic? Because healthy, youngish individuals should avoid putting anything produced in laboratories in their bodies at all costs and they face little risks if they get flu. The groups I mentioned may have increased risk of 'complications' from influenza so getting a shot is better justified. I'm not a doctor though. On the other hand that means I don't get paid by companies producing these 'flu shots'. |

I mentioned this in another thread about the flu. I used to get the flu 1-2 times a year. This is my wifes and my 5th year for the shot and neither of us have gotten it since that first shot. We are in the Midwest where the flu is very common. I also travel all over the US and I am on planes and in hotels all the time. Those are havens for the flu bug.
I strongly suggest you get one.
