nope hahah probably wont do puddin for a while since the protien shakes give me the sweet fix i need

What I recommend to build muscle and burn fat is rice with broccoli one meal, then steak with carrots the next, then baked potatoes in barbecue sauce, then turkey breast with cranberry sauce, then fried sweet potatoes in sugar, then tuna with olives, boiled yams with maple syrup and finally roast chicken with a side of green peas. Immediately after your workout take a whey protein shake and half an hour later drink Gatorade.

Notice that I always keep the carbs and protein separate as per the rules of food combining. If you combine the two disaster ensues and you're not going to build muscle or lose fat efficiently because your digestion is compromised. The fat you're getting from your meat should be enough but if you want to take in extra fats, then take the fats with your carb meals (not protein meals). Fruits you can have for the vitamins and antioxidants but not with your meals but rather on an empty stomach. The diet I posted (insert your own food quantities according to your individual caloric needs) is the best out there if you want to grow into a contest. Don't forget to drink water copiously BUT only BETWEEN (not with!) every meal. 30 minutes at least should elapse after each meal before you drink water as water can interfere with your food digestion.

i ate a take out box of rice from a chinese restaurant today.  just kept grabbing clumps of it, shoving it into my mouth man i love that white sticky RICE so much! :o

was wondering if i could get my hands on some banana pudding the whole time, alas there was none.

I can't imagine anyone building a good physique with some of your diet tips, Jon. Unless your loaded with some of the good stuff, a natural lifter is going to get fat as fuck quick eating this shit.
