When we hunt we generally will eat the tenderloins from the deer we get straight from cleaning them. I imagine that eating fresh caught salmon is the same.

yes sir, we eat the tenderloins and the back strap straight off the deer, everything else we get processed with pork to cut the gamey flavor of the deer.

technically you could eat everything straig from cleaning the deer but it would be pretty gamey.

That's because those devices detect the presence of alcohol; not the odor of it.

Even breathalyzers are not perfect. Timing is a major factor. Residual alcohol can linger in the mouth for something like 20 mins. postprandial, and cause elevated levels during testing. A good DUI attorney can usually find loopholes like this and others and bullshit up a good case for you.
