As always, I hope my fellow brothers on the forum can help me tweak my low carb diet Ive written out. Im currently 60, 195-200lbs n body fat is unknown, but Im sure its in the high 20%, as Ive really let myself go for the past 1yr due to personal reasons that were affecting me both physically and mentally ,but Im glad thats all in the past and I can move on to a better me. Ill be lifting 6 days on and 1 day off. Any helpful critiques, be it good or bad are what Im looking for and greatly appreciated. Supplements Ill be using will be creatine, l-glutamine, multivitamins, bcaas, pre- intra-workout supps
Meal 1  ( post-workout)
3 scoops whey isolate
2 cups basmati rice (large muscles 60-90g carbs, small muscles 30-60g carbs)
10 g creatine
Meal 2
8oz steak
1tbsp olive oil
Meal 3
2 cans tuna low sodium/oil
1oz raw almonds
Meal 4
8oz chicken breast
1 whole avocado
Meal 5
2 scoops whey isolate
3 whole eggs
1tbsp coconut oil
4oz steak
Meal 6
5 whole eggs
2 scoops casein

looks good, but what is the calorie count? i would also drop the shake for now if you are trying to lose weight and eat more food (more satisfying)... personally if i was almost 30% BF i would diet HEAVILY first to work a lot of that off and then increase my calories and slow the diet pace at say 20% BF
