i thought i had a better one lined up but it failed and i already quit my job that time.... by now i have a new one but i much prefer my old one... i called the back up supervisor about it today he says he will try to talk to the manager and supervisor to get me back... he says i did the job very well and my replacement (a woman) is not doing it well and she wants to leave.... i seriously hope i can get it back... maybe i have to pray to god about it, would that increase my odds stupid decisions oh man  |

people who own and lead businesses risked their lives to get them where they are, made tons of sacrifices, they re not risking it all for someone who "changed his mind"; when you re done with an employer, you re done, period, no coming back.
You cant joke with business.
Just find something you ll enjoy and forget about it, werent there reasons why you wanted to leave in the first place anyway? You just sound like an immature kid to them, learn your lesson and find something else, that's how it works. They ll just put you down even more if you beg them and still they wont give you what you want.

that is a teribble policy, so everyone that leaves is a deadbeat? good staff are hard to find, i had 3 girls that i wish i treated better while they working in my company so they could of stayed on..i had sex with 3 of them, good for me, bad for my business, training new staff was tough. |
