Denver Baltimore game
« on: January 12, 2013, 04:39:17 PM »
Dude, not anywhere close to what I expected, but some of these calls are terrible.  If this ends with a Denver win, it will be to stellar special teams on their part.

Yes, Flacco was clutch, hope he continues. He actually outplayed Brady last year in the AFCCG, but lost because Lee Evans couldn't hold the ball. I think if they keep it up, as the defense has been making some plays, they can take it all this year. We will see.

I hate games that are determined on a glaring fuck up from the other team.   The final TD in regulation will have Denver's secondary getting bad sleep for weeks.

Flacco's completion on third and 10 from his own 2, was awesome on his part, though.

i don't consider that to be a great game, just great fuck ups

baltimore giving up two special teams touchdowns

the long bomb touchdowns that denver gave up to end both halfs

exciting game yeah but just ugly overall

same old peyton, mvp regular season and playoff choker

It's going to be a close game. The Ravens are not intimidated by the Patriots and truly believe that they can win this game.

Just like against the Broncos...the Ravens need to hit Brady and put him on the ground. The Giants have proved that in two superbowls, if you hit Brady early and often...he will make mistakes. Have to get him out of a comfort zone because he sometimes looks like he has all day to throw back there.

I like the Ravens to win 24-20.

I'm not worried about Brady. I'm worried about the Patriots defense. Brady has led the Pats to potential game winning touchdowns in both losses to the Giants.  We need to contain Smith and Bolden.

Would definitely hang this on Manning.  The pick six was a killer.  And throwing across his body in OT?  Something I'd expect from a rookie.

Yeah, but without the special teams play, it could have easily been a blowout.
