it's a fat burner.. lol i thought it was well known.. a friend of mine has got a jar but is worried to use it after reading about its side effects on the net.. we may use it together as a trial but i want to know more about it first..

I used the Lipo 6 in the gray bottle about five years ago, the stuff markus ruhl was repping if that's what your talking about, and as far as OTC fat burners went, it made me the most jittery and surpressed my appitite better than any other. It made me feel weird when I was coming down though.

Tried it about two years ago.  It made me super jittery (is that a word?), and felt like drinking WAY too much coffee.  There was a pretty harsh crash coming off of it.  BTW, they now have a new version without DMAA--not going to try it.

The old blue one was way better. HD by cellucor or Oxyelite by USP labs both seem to work better than the black one...

Lipo 6 Black is really strong, man. Almost comparable to taking a bunch of ephedrina pre workout + caffeine except Lipo 6 is all caffeine and weird Asian herb stuff.

I tried the grey bottle a few years ago and thought it was good.  Unfortunately I would only ever purchase it in the usa, as the formula is changed for aussie regulations.  For this reason I don't purchase fat burners in aussie.

my friend got it last week when he was in the UAI but after buying it he knew it was banned in the UAI because of its side effects and that the shop he got it from sold it illegally.. this is why he is worried.. to encourage him i told him i had no problem to use it with you lol..

They are very strict in the UAI.  I saw one woman throwing meds out before she boarded the plane to du bai.  If your friend is worried then take it off him and use it for yourself.  Then you remove the worry for him.

actually i have no worries to use it because even if it has some harmful effects as it's mentioned in many places on the internet it will be only one time,.. i wont try it again.. i am just worried it has negative effect on creatine's benefits.. i read many studies about how creatine and caffeine are not supposed to be taken together as they work against each other..

If you get bad side affects, then stop taking the product.  If it doesn't agree with you, then don't take it.  Caffeine interferes with creatine absorption, so it's best to not take them together.  You could just go off creatine and then resume it once you have stopped taking the fat burners.  Ask yourself what your goals are and then make a decision.

My wife tried the Black and had to quit taking it. Way too jittery for her as well. But she is little and thinks she is overweight if she gets to 130.
