I think it has its merits. Definitely a good choice if stuck at the bottom of a well or a Fallout Shelter. I`d eat it.

i feel i am stuck at the lower level of fitness no doubt about it, gonna need these shakes to free up energy, for some reason eating normal doesnt free up the energy like it did when i was leaner but hardcore shakes like this perk the energy up about5 percent but i know im eating alot less calories because of it

the calories got to come from somewhere does it not? how else are you going to live and move around? fruit sugar replenishes liver glycogen stores and gives even energy. You cant just live on fiber could I been mistaken all this time?

This seems pretty healthy provided you are using pumpkin puree and not pumpkin pie filling which as added sugar and salt. The same is true for applesauce, some brands add sugar and some do not. Why not use fresh apples? Is there any reason for red cabbage as opposed to green cabbage? You might substitute carrots for the cabbage sometimes. "Father figure"

its just sweet enough to be palatable at this point, i wish i could go all out with zero added sugars
Rather than completely cutting out added sugars, gradually reduce them and if possible substitute something else, like honey, molasses or real maple syrup. There are plenty of natural complex carbohydrates in this drink which should be providing you with plenty of energy. Also, if you are craving sweetness, try using some more fruit in the drink mix. Just to change it up sometimes, leave out the cabbage and use fresh berries or sliced peaches for example. Another thing you might try is plain non-fat yogurt in place of the milk. It should improve the texture plus aid digestion. Just because you aren't eating protein from meat or eggs doesn't mean you should up the drink quantity. An eight or ten oz glass of your drink a couple times a day should be ample. Remember to use raw foods as opposed to cooked foods as often as possible. Cooking food speeds reduces nutrients. Raw foods are also better for the digestive system because they give it plenty to do. If you aren't allergic to wheat products, you might add some grains to your diet. For example a spoonful of wheat germ added to your drink should be good. To keep the protein levels up, eat nuts or natural nut butters (not Skippy or some other brand that adds sugar). Again raw and roasted nuts are best. Pumpkin seeds should make a good snack too. You'll want to roast the pumpkin seeds though. "Father Figure"

Cinnamon is a great suggestion! Also a little cayenne is good for you too. Cayenne works well with chocolate.
