I disagree with him talking about that you cant get abs from doing 20 min ab workouts.............He should try the AB Workout from P90X.
you have to do cardio plus ab work. Or basically just cardio...which would be more than 20 mins a day.

If one does 3 ab exercises, 3 sets of 30 per exercise, you are looking at 25-45 minutes with breaks, and depending on the exercises you do. Then there is the 30-45 minutes of cardio.

It's a mat that apparently was tossed. It slide across the floor. If you pause it, you will see that it's flat, and air catches underneath it, causing an illusion that it has a body.

Good eye, that makes perfect sense.

you don't have to do any ab work or cardio to have good or even great abs

If a person person is not fat, correct. What Fletcher is referencing, is someone who is trying to get into shape. And those people tend to need to loose fat (cardio, diet) and tone up.

Wow Parker, you have insane perspective, I literally watched it 100 times trying to figure it out and came up with nothing until you said mat. You are right it is a tiny square mat, dam I feel dumb.

news flash

McWay is not nearly as intelligent as you have been led to believe

You're right! I'm MORE intelligent.  ;D

As I've said, based on what I've read about him and the INBA (where he competes), I will give him the benefit of the doubt, until such evidence shows to the contrary. Maybe, he's another Lance Armstrong. Or maybe he's the real deal.

BTW, I'm at the library typing this. Something's wrong with my computer and I can't logon properly.

I still am in awe that someone as knowledgeable and as intelligent as you would fall for something like this McWay but let's not beat a dead horse here again.  ;)

OH and did I not tell you I used to drug test people and it is a complete joke and that a 5 year old can out smart this shit.  :-\

Yes, you did. I also mentioned that, at least on the surface, the INBA testing is a bit more stringent than what you described (unless you're claiming you test for that particular federation).

Now, the INBA tests blood. I believe that's how Lance Armstrong got popped.

Plus, as far as I know, (unlike the case with Armstrong) I don't see a conga-line of witnesses, claiming Fletcher was taking everything but the kitchen sink.

To me, Fletcher's case is plausible and I will give him the benefit of the doubt, until sufficent evidence to the contrary surfaces. Your mileage may vary.

Again, if Chris Bell (maker of "Bigger, Stronger, Faster") who's just over 200, can hit 500 drug-free, I don't see how a 300-lber like Fletcher can't do the same with 600 or 650.

He got big to bring negative energy onto the world and other people, of cause it backfires. But I had no idea McDonald cheese burgers and apple pies gives you 100+ lbs of added muscle mass, all natural.

"I rather die doing what I love, than sit at home and watch TV"

Like he is trying to sound noble. But watching TV seems more honorable to me than injecting hormones and misleading the youth.

I'm glad you screen capped these pics, of all of the outrageous pics on that video the second was probably the best.  Anyone who thinks that is natural does not understand hormones.
