bush and obama are both very intelligent men.

They have advanced degrees from very good schools.  They rose to power by convincing tens of millions of people to donate to them and vote for them. 

We can disagree with their morality of ideologies or just believe they're pure evil... but they're both very intelligent, no doubt about it.
