I would say take the Multi Vitamin and then add extra Vitamin C if you are sick. Personally, I take double the amount of the multi vitamin daily. Morning and Night. Just me though. NOT saying I am right.

I make a vegetable and chicken soup, all from scratch. Chicken broth is like a natural medicine. I just live on that when I have the flu.

I remember having the flu for like 3-4 days not being able to eat and everything, I can't even imagine what 2 weeks is like. That's gotta be as far you can push it without ending up in a hospital.

i ate some fruit today, was a battle swallowing it down and some chicken breast, but the apetite is definitely down the toilet.

the fruit helped fuck all.wont have anymore.

He means if you don't throw up, everything I ate made me throw up about 5 minutes after, oh bro it was a nightmare. Ya didn't train, didn't take juice, barely drank water for almost 3 weeks. But now I feel like superman, got 275 for 15 reps on the incline yesterday, should be back up 3 plates by next chest workout.

I couldn't cause if you have a fever, injecting anything will make it worse and make you nauseous and I was aching everywhere, my joints and especially my lower back so the injections would have destroyed me.

I started spiking a fever today. My little guy had it this weekend, and I slept in his bed with him past two nights, so now I've got it.

Lots of water. Eat whatever I can, as often as I can. Try not to poop it all out.

I find I like to eat Mars bars when I have the flu. Or other types of chocolate bars. They never upset my stomach. For what it's worth.
