I don't think anyone noticed the plug for "Tony Dohertys" gym. Yes pic was taken from the mature training thread and I am heavier but I am still firm and I am fine with how I look. Not really surprised to find "lulu" following my posts and making a thread about me. I guess she can post up my next progress pic from the mature thread when I post it in a couple of months.
