The guy has officially gone of the deep end.
To be considered "weird" and "eccentric" in bodybuilding is an amazing accomplishment!

he must be seriously ill to do this, and i don't mentally
US people only go to this guy when mainstream docs told them there is nothing that can be done about their illness
any guesses for what is killing palumbo?

http://johnofgod-healing.com/frm_john_of_god.aspJohn of God is the "stage" name for Joao Teixeira da Faria, a Brazilian who claims to be possessed by 33 different "healers" including St. Ignatius de Loyola, founder of the Jesuit order. Indeed, da Faria claims thousands of beings work with him as he ministers to the hundreds who flock to him for healing. In treating those who come to him for healing, da Faria uses techniques unknown to medial science. For instance he will insert a metal probe into the nose of a "patient" in order to cause bleeding. He also makes incisions on the bodies of his subjects (with no apparent relationship to the disease of the person) and forces his fingers into the wound. He does this while under the control of one or more of the 33 "entities." It is ironic da Faria is called "John of God." Considered "one of the most powerful channeling mediums and healers alive today" (JohnOfGod-Healing.com), da Faria actually represents a world view diametrically opposed to the God of the Bible.

This no weirder than Dorian Yates recent interview talking about being in Brazil drinking some potion that opens you up to the spiritual world. Once a year Dave goes off some where to rest...not vacation. He said this is more for spiritual healing than physical. He's taking pictures of his Dad who's 82 and some other person to stand in proxy for them so to speak for physical healing. I don't know if he even believes in this John of God character but is probably doing it to relax, meditate and see if there's any substance to it.

Actually it's very different. Try a little DMT and you'll see things differently forever.

From your experience did DMT open you up to the spiritual world and more importantly: if it did open you up, do you believe our spirits live on after we die?

“Psychedelics are illegal not because a loving government is concerned that you may jump out of a third story window. Psychedelics are illegal because they dissolve opinion structures and culturally laid down models of behavior and information processing. They open you up to the possibility that everything you know is wrong.” ― Terence McKenna

Are you a Joe Rogan fan? I've been getting into his podcast lately, and though I've never done a drug in my life, his experiences really intrigue me.
