In the end he exposes his mental weakness simply by making a statement, as any statement he does attempt is shot through with his mental/intellectual impairment. His final position is not dominant, but that of a fool. In his demand for respect, he unveils his inability to be respected. Just best to let him ramble and shake your head at his ineffectiveness.
