may have even had vocal cord surgery as her voice is not androgynous while she took a lot of aas

How do chicks like this that are on drugs for centuries, still have a feminine voice? I see F2M transformations on youtube, & there voices start getting deeper after 2-3 months on test. After 6months to 1yr on test, they've got a full blown man voice.

What gives
