Here is some news. Anderson Silva is reportedly close to signing a new deal with the UFC. He would also agree to fight both, GSP and Bones Jones! Imagine the amount of money that would take. Silva would move to my number 1, just for the balls it would take to face those guys. He would have everything to lose, and everything to gain.

Kongo is a really good striker with a weak chin. You cant teach chin. Kongo does have the ability to knock anyone out in the heavyweight division.

really good striker? giving him a little too much credit. id say hes a powerful striker but really not that dynamic. Yvel punched him out and hes not even considered a top striker in the UFC. |

Kongo called out Nelson, Nelson accepted. Up to Dana white and Joe Silva to make it happen. Kongo is ready NOW. Stronger than ever before, back is close to 100%, better than when he fought Barry and Mitrione and his conditioning and recovery are insane. Doing things he's never done before. Nelson would have to put him away in the first or second or he will gas. Kongo can easily go 6 and be fresh in :30
