a lot of these pre workouts make you dizy

you feel really bad at the workout

like a blood pressure problem

i tried one scoop of "napalm" today, some pre workout


i was dizy in the workout

now i have a headache

I use it. Taste like shit though, although they've tried to improve it.

They're creatine is the best I've ever used too.

Never tried it, but the few I have when I was lifting at 5AM made me jittery as hell, then by 10AM I crashed hard...
I do one cup of coffee now, and I'm good to go. (I don't like Stim's)..
