Trib seems to have a bad rep, but I like it. The original Tribex from Biotest gave me noticeable increases in strength and libido.
From what I've seen, Trib has a bad rep, because the studies cited have people using too little of the stuff. There was one study where the test subjects were using 1.5 g per pound of bodyweight.
That would be only 300 grams of Trib (less than half a tablet, in most cases) for a 200-lb guy; and I doubt the study was using 200-lb guys.
Plus, I don't recall if it mentioned the percentage of saponins. Usually 40% saponins is the bare minimum for a Trib supplement to be any good.
