The one's I've met have been very kind, hospitable people, very very family oriented and their food is damned good stuff.
I find it very hard to reconcile the people I know with the 'militant arab/islamic' image we get - but having said that, one guy I knew from Algeria just up and left his wife after the start of the second Gulf War, moved back to Algeria and took their son with him. She says he never gave a reason why (don't know what his side of the story is). It seemed very out of character for him, but his wife told me he had become a zealot overnight.
Who knows?
My friends in Scandinavia hate them, and it really sounds as though Sweden and Denmark will never be the same again.

I hate everyone equally but what I dislike about a-rabs is that most of them are too religious. Everything they do in their life from what music they listen to (none apparently) and wiping their ass is in the name of allah.
