That was on the local news last night, they were interviewing the neighbors who were all bitter and pissed that they had to pay an premium for their house and he just moved right in!

I'm going to adversely possess one of the falcon houses in north carolina.  well, i'll start with one - eventually I'll be in the main falcon nest, adversely possessing it, uncle wiggs style.
