1-what co-workers tell you at work, keep to yourself dont tell anyone else you work with because they
are not really your friend, will save you alot of time in human resources

2-yes you can look like the guys in the magazines however a) your social life will suffer b) you will feel like shit
c) your bloodwork will be screwed up "scaring the hell out the doctors"

3- never lend money you cant afford to lose and always tell family its not a loan but a gift no need to repay
or else all hell will break loose when they missed the payback date.

4- there is nothing wrong with staying home on a Friday or Saturday night and enjoying the comforts of your
own home.

5- some of your happiest friends will turn out to be your most miserable and will give you signs along the way
take time to really listen and be aware of what they are saying because 2 will commit suicide...
