Can someone clarify how these cams are getting found?Are people putting them on some kind of site like stickem and then forgetting to shut down the program or are they using them for private use and doing something stupid like not changing the default user/pass and someone is simply scanning web addresses until they hit a match?

Some higher ups on some conspiracy sites have been saying for years that "they" have in place now ways of watching us. Many claim that cable boxes have camera's in them. So it may be more than Web cams going on here.
