MMI ran an article every month on the muscle movies in the early issues. these more than anything else got people into weightlifting ,bodybuilding .

chuck was as rugged as they come he lifted heavy weights and did heavy labor all the while lumberjack and it showed. |

only the stuff which was probably untrue in the old weider mags, there might be some routines in old ironman mags, i would believe those over the other mags any day. |

ok thanks Funky i will do some searching...still want your Huskie... i just remember chuck used to train in his garage gym with pretty basic equipment mostly barbells dbs and basic benches. some guy who just died the other day norm komich actually was good friends with him. norm used to send out a dvd for like 2 bucks with the only footage of the 65 and 66 mr olympia plus some footage of sipes. don't know if it's still available. |
