I can do none of those things, yet I don`t feel inadequate because of inability to do so.  I don`t believe you are capable of doing any of that (you look like shit), but it is rather interesting to see that you equate your self worth with imaginary lifts that you cannot perform.

thats the difference adonis, between you and me, you cant do those lifts and you dont currently have 21" arms or never will have in your life, so when  you want to keep thinking i cant do those lifts keep convincing yourself of that, because i can do every lift i state, and have been able to for years, so when your ready to step up and put ya money where your mouth is let me know, because i can put my money on all those lifts, and will take your money every day of the week after i perform them.

You are right.  I will never have 21 inch arms in my life and I have no desire to ever have such a deformity.  I enjoy lifting weights and challenging myself and letting the chips fall where they may.  I have far from the best natural physique even, but I am certainly not complaining or interested in doing so.  I also don`t give one iota for what some wigger purportedly does in the gym (which we all know is nonsense).

Machine or not, if you can do 5 plates on the Hammer Strenth incline you are strong. Fat strong doesn't count though Csmall. You say you are 280 but you would need to be 210 to see your abs. Nice lumps in your delts an arms, those 21" synthol arms you referred to.

i only take about a teaspoon before i train, i got sick for a couple of days but tomorrow i be back on, the best one to take is called whole world botanicals royal maca nothing better than that, fine powder under the tongue, i may start snorting it tho
