He will be taking 60 grams of Whey every 3 hours in between Meals of Tilapia and Ezekiel Toast lightly misted with Margarine Spray.  For Bedtime Snack it will be Walden Farms zero calorie chocolate syrup on a whole wheat rice cake topped with one berry of his choosing.
