http://youtu.be/fHjXhCz3uKIhow the hell do you embed this vid??? anyhow...was looking at the caliber of pros in this show, and then i look at this yrs list (almost 20 yrs later).....what a joke! btw look at the size of dillet! and shawn only placed 5th place....easily would have one this yrs classic in that kind of shape!

Flex looked "too full" and smooth. 2nd two times in row since he broke his neck. Dave Palumbo worked with Kevin for that show.
Wasn't Kev working with someone else? And shouldn't Palumbo have been working with Kev, as he could never get his Pro card... |

I thought neither Kev nor Flex were at their best. Kevin's legs weren't sharp, I would have gave the nod to Flex. Why do Dillet's lats look 8ft across from the front but his rls sucked? Fuck he was huge. Ray's 5th place had people asking if he was done and had allot of his competitors smiling. Of course he killed it at the next couple of Olympia's and had the last laugh as usual. This was also the contest where people took notice of J-P Fux. Outside of Dillet he made the top 5 look like little boys. People were like who the fuck is that?!

Back on NBR Kevin was the guest and he thanked Dave on air for prepping him for that show. A few weeks ago somone posted this video on Rx and Dave spoke about it again. |
