Bas Rutten CD's / Rushfit - both work great if you follow them. Rushfit is really fucking amazing program. Definately tsught me different way to train that works for me.
Dymatize Protein 3x a day - morning - late afternoon - before bed
OxyElitePro - 2x a day - 3 would be too strong. Going off this soon for a break
Omega 3 - taste like shit
Mostly dumbbells for workouts - hi intensity circuits w little rest like in Rushfit - gets be best results
100 burpee / pullup 1-10-1 pyramid as warmup to workouts - 15 minutes and im ready to go - everything is loose and ready for action.
End workouts w 2 mile run 1/4 walk (4.0 on treadmill) , 1/4 mile sprint alternate (8-10 on treadmill) - 20 minutes - pouring sweat by the end.
Low carb - cut out the whites by and large. Eat cheese, chicken, steak, lots of salads w chicken, steak, etc. No bullshit dressing - just vinegar or balsamic
Switched from beer to red wine and vodka
wwwhhoooaallllaaaaaa 30 lbs of fat gone in no time. Down to 202 and lean and 10lbs above comp weight. Little or no muscle loss and feel like im 25 at 37 years old.
