How is it possible to do such a demanding job with a bad back? Can you be more specific and what remedies in ways of training do you have in regards to keeping his back troubles to a minimum... I'm curious because my back is bothering me too at the moment. |

Kongo is good, but probably won't last long. I really wanted to see Nelson face off against Shane Carwin. Both guys have incredible KO power, but Carwin always seems to be hurt.

Roy Nelson is much too powerful for Kongo.
Roy Nelson's strikes can be devastating if he lands them, his ground game is pretty impressive for a big guy and his ability to take a beating (see his fight against fabricio werdum) is nothing short of amazing.
I hope Kongo has a solid game plan or else he will get killed.

Look at Roy's fights against JDS and Mir. The dude can take serious punishment! Kongo has no ground game and not enough power to stop Nelson. His only hope is death knees to the balls. |
