Kongo is mentally weak. I thought he was dangerous for a while, there.
There's doubt in his eyes, every fight.

Looks like Kongos full camp will here locally with my gym included. Will know more next week but it looks like we will be followed around with a camera crew for almost the entire camp. We'll see. If it works out, this will be great exposure for us. No better advertising than free advertising.

Yes, it's less dosage now. You do what you have to do to be able to fight. Don't miss Overeem VS Bigfoot!

Poor Kongo, just being around your nonsense, is going to put his cortisol levels through the roof.

I say the only chance Kongo has, is to win like he did against Barry. Catch an over zealous Nelson as he rushes in for the kill. The only problem is that Nelson has a better chin than Barry.
Sorry coach. Most of us fight fans knew the outcome back in Jan. I was rooting for Kongo.

Steve, was it also a compound fracture? How do these guys break foot bones in the sprawl?

Yes it was the same injury
your feet get caught in the mat in grappling in wrestling, the shoes save your toes, but then you blow out your knees
with no shoes, the toes go
catch 22 really
fucking sucks
we are NOT meant to be bipedal

Thanks for explaining. But I don't see Olympic wrestlers blowing knee's even with the shoes? Maybe just cuz they are younger?

Oh, knees go all of the time in Olympic Wrestling. That damn rubber shoes catches in the mat and your body keeps going. Very nasty.
