Police in New Mexico found an 8-year-old girl locked in a cage in a darkened mobile home, authorities said on Tuesday, adding that they charged the girl's adoptive mother, who had gone to the movies, with child abuse.

true most is drug related but anything to do with kids makes me nuts they cannot protect themselves you have to be totally without a soul to hurt a kid. |

While I agree on capital punishment, I'd prefer the slow variety. Crimes against children are especially heinous. Justice to be meted out with extreme prejudice. I think a firing squad would send a message to would be child killers. But I wonder if a slow flaying of the skin in public over the course of a few days might not send a more "bold" message to these types of miscreants. |
