Former Miami Dolphins quarterback and current CBS NFL analyst Dan Marino fathered a child with a CBS Sports employee and paid her millions to keep it secret, according to the New York Post.

Marino has served as a pregame analyst for CBS since 2003 and reportedly admitted to having an affair with Donna Savattere, a production assistant at the time. Savattere, who was 35 at the time, gave birth to daughter, Chloe, in June 2005, according to The Post.

"This is a personal and private matter. I take full responsibility both personally and financially for my actions now as I did then," Marino told The Post in a statement. “We mutually agreed to keep our arrangement private to protect all parties involved."

While the exact amount is unclear, sources told The Post that Marino paid Savattere millions to care for Chloe.

Marino also gave a statement on his marriage to The Post.

"My wife and I have been married for almost 30 years and have six children together," he wrote Wednesday. "And we continue to be a strong and loving family."

Marino supposedly was known as having a really bad coke habit. They claim the guy was the biggest douchebag to be around. Add in a coke habit and the guy was a nightmare.

personally never could stand the guy.. i remember last year or so when they were talking about the bears and jay cutler, as a joke they displayed on the screen a poster size image of bber jay cutler.. and only marino made a face and said something disparaging like i forget but something like "

that is disgusting, what a weirdo, etcetera" making a face and shaking his head, ...

coming from a adulterer cokehead asshole!! sorry, but i don't like it when someone rips on another person just because of what they do for a living, cutler is or was the number 1 bber in the world, he makes good money at what he loves to do.. who in the heck is marino who probably is clueless at to all this to say anything about cutler or anything negative ABOUT ANYONE for that matter!....

i never really was a marino fan...  used to watch dolphin games every week in the 90s but yeah, just never admired his playing style.

So you telling us Dan Marino can't bang some lowly Production Assistant without the entire free world hearing about, but the US Goverment and Hollywood are able to pull off a conspiracy as gigantic as landing on the moon, yet 40 years later not one single person has talked yet?
