Serious question here......when were you "in-season"....i.e. in dieted down shape? Ever? I'm talking 6%-7% bodyfat which is still kinda high for dieted down.

well lil freaker if ya took the time to look at my video you would see i have dropped about 10 lbs of water/fat in the last few months(cut down on my sodium,cut out all dairy products, main meals are chicken and rice,fish,protien shakes,egg whites,...................im just going to keep on "keeping on" see where i get
