So how did you learn about prep? Did someone work with you? I remember you said for the first one you had no idea what you were doing. Had a buddy who did a few shows give some pointers. Learned the poses from a book and went to a few shows to learn what the prejudging routine is like. Diet was simple low carb and low fat. Was very stressful. Cardio in the am for 45 min. |
