Running?

The first show i came in dead last. I didnt think i looked at bad considering i was 22 clean, in a NPC, etc. Theother guys were a little older and better posing, etc etc. I had no idea wtf i was doing.

The second show I got 3rd in my class I believe - green suit

3rd and 4th - no pics cant find them - 3 or 4 - fucked up my diet bad and didnt do well at all.

Last one I won my class - the ones in blue. That one i thought i looked my best. Had this fitness chick really help me out on my diet. Can't remember exactly what we did - but i remember a lot of steak and eggs and not much carbs or cardio

None. Ever. I started lifting at 17 for track n field, worked manual labor since i was 13 at a fence company carrying out bags of cement, pipes, digging holes etc. Had a good 5 years of core weiht lifting under my belt for track n field before i ever tried lifting for physique,

No bragging at all - but I out work at least 90% of people. I go all out all the time. Everything i do.

Ill post a pic from HS and you can see i was a tank even then.

Thanks man. I just found a pic from hs so all these idiots claiming roids can STFU. I was a tank in high school from the track n field lifting and had 5 years of powerlifting and strength and conditioning before even thinking about bb
