Possible, not likely.   

Dude looks like an ecotomorph.   So he would have had to have at least a year and half bulk and then a 6 month diet down?    30 lbs muscle year and a half?   Not likely IMHO.

Its easily done "naturally" if you supplemente your lipolysis with some clen or ec and eat shittons of food and a decent routine

Your typical B2M (boy to man) transformation. EASILY achievable by any adolescent going through puberty. There got to be a million just like this on bb.com.

He would look similar even if he didn't lift & you can tell he's a boy in the before pic. Do this at 30/40yrs old ill be impresses. But not boy to man, not impressed sorry. If he was on PED's he'd be twice that size.
