I agree with you, it is not a sin. However, there is an age gap between the two of you. Generally speaking every ten years is a generation. Since you are at least 12 years older than she is, you are technically a generation removed. A lot changes from one generation to the next. I am not saying you'll have nothing in common, but ultimately, you should have more than sex in common. On the other hand, I know people who were a generation apart who married and lived long lives together. It can happen.
