Yup - Im fucking ready! Im down to 197 and lean. My conditioning is off the hook now and recovery time minimal for sets of burpees, pull ups, squat thrusts, dumbbell circuits, bear crawls, sprints, etc. Better shape at 37 than i was at 25 overall April 13th at Citifield
I got some other real good shots. My legs are looking better than ever now. The burpees are probably the best exercise ever invented.
...farted in the water so bad the smell actuslly came up on surface.
My neices laughed over the bubbles and percussion so it was worth enduring the stank.
