Saint Malachy prophecy of the Popes - only one Pope left to come before the end.  The last Pope will be a good man, but he will lead the church in the final days of the anti Christ.  THAT WILL BE THE  END OF THE EARTH.

Current pope is the second last.  When he dies IT BEGINS.

Even before he became the Pope he was compiling the biggest database of child molesters in the Catholic church.  The vatican wanted to know all cases from all Churches worldwide. Chances are this guys saw how dirty the church really was and quit, or he was in on the mess and they needed to get him out.
