You don't believe that some ideas are worth more than your life? As in, if your country came under attack, or decided to start subjugating/murdering some random group of people (that doesn't include yourself), you wouldn't think that it's worth laying your life down to defend it/them?

Not everyone handed over their firearms during Katrina. A guy I know refused to hand his pistol over when he was down there to help his brother, they didn't do shit about it.
