Hey, I can't help his skills. That falls directly on Dave Jackson at Wolfslair. They ruined Rampage and now Kongo. As much as I can't stand Bisping, at least he was smart enough to here and cut ties with them.

Looks like he saw it coming because he tried to avoid it, but he was already way off balance, and I guess Roy knew it. Timing is key here.
